Svetlana Yaksheneva has been working in technical communication for over 15 years in such companies as Intel and Kaspersky. At Kaspersky, besides being an acting technical writer, Svetlana drives creation and implementation of new procedures and best practices that improve the quality of technical documentation and development timelines. She is actively involved in the internal training and delivers workshops on business writing.
